SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3 business days.

Customers who wish to track an order, please email us with your order number and our customer service reps will provide you with your tracking details within 24 hours of being shipped out. Offers of any kind or free shipping are subject to change without notice.

 

RETURN POLICY

There are no refunds or exchanges. If you would like to return an item for reasons none other than damage, you can do so within 10 days of receiving your order. However, items must be returned in original packaging as you have received it, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, original shipping costs on return items is non refundable.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original documents received with the shipment. If items do not meet this criteria, the item will be reshipped to you with no refund.

Jewelry, accessories and final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange. Note: All jewelry are sample pieces from our runway shows therefore condition is as is.

Please contact us via email and we will send you a request for return form at which point our customer service reps will assist you further. Please allow 3-4 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.
